The Management Board of mcr S.A. announces that it has received a notification pursuant to Article 19(1) of the Market Abuse Regulation on behalf of PERMAG spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, a person closely associated with Krzysztof Krempeć, a President of the Management Board.
