Notification pursuant to Article 69 of the Act on Public Offering

The Management Board of mcr S.A. of Gdańsk announces that it has received a notification submitted pursuant to Article 69.1 and 2 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies on behalf of PERMAG spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością of Gdańsk.
